I.AM.US. Prenatal offers 1-on-1 or small group privates geared towards your trimester, athletic desires, and current state of mind (restorative & relaxing vs. strength building & cardio). I.AM.US. Postnatal offers 1-on-1 or small group privates designed to RECONSTRUCT your body - inside and out - after birth. All lessons have a large focus on breath and pranayama, or the original Lamaze.
Privates for Mommies and Mommies-to-Be are completely tailored to whoever you are NOW, and what type of Mommy YOU want to be. They aim to help you make your pregnancy, labor, and recovery smooth, blissful, and peaceful.
