Veggie Tacos: sautée white onion, garlic, string beans & broccoli. Corn gluten free tortilla, avocado, & real organic sour cream. Healthy, delish & spicy with hot sauce.

The Best Meal of the Year: the thanksgiving Cobb.
-chop up romaine and add in leftover veggies (broccoli, string beans, baby spinach here)
-toast leftover stuffing until edges are crispy
-dress veggies & lettuce in olive oil
-optionally add shredded left over turkey
-drizzle with cranberry sauce, with an extra spoonful of the liquid to complete the ‘vinaigrette’

Sandwiches can be healthy. Try one with rye, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber and avocado. Almost like a salad between toast.
