Cod burger. Just make parties of cod or another white fish you love, salt, pepper, sesame and a diced hot pepper. Grill or broil then make the full burger. Delish.

Protein & Iron Packed Salad:
Baby Spinach. Diced carrots. Raisins. And secret dressing of threw tablespoons hummus whisked together with balsamic vinaigrette. Toss and enjoy!

Eating out does not have to be unhealthy. With so much time on the road I have learned to eat in the #iamyou #detoxtoretox way wherever I go. Here I’ve gone for a trio of salads as opposed to the lamb shank and other heavier, non green options. Same restaurant. Different choices. Very easy.
