Salmon Salad Crostini: perfect snack, lunch, party finger food that is healthy & delish, full of omegas and vitamin C, and potassium.
-Mash 2 boneless filets of cooked salmon or open 1 can of organic canned salmon
-Mix together with 3 stalks of chopped celery and ½ a chopped red onion
-Stir in 1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard and ½ a tablespoon of organic mayonannaise
-Spread on top of toasted sourdough or rye bread
