    SPINACI AL POMODORO: perfect day for this one pan mega strength meal.

    -Add 1 chopped red onion into a pan with olive oil & fresh ground pepper
    -When onion starts to get soft add two chopped plum tomatoes
    -When all veggies soft add a container of baby spinach, regular spinach and/or baby kale
    -Stir & let cook until all veggies soft
    -Optionally stir in some grated Parmesan cheese for a dash of protein & calcium

    Serve up & enjoy!

    SPAGHETTI AL'IMPARATO 

     1. Prepare your traditional RETOX tomato sauce. Recipe here or you can use a jarred version. 

    ¬†2. While the sauce is cooking, blend together: ½ cup of shelled pistachios 1 bunch of fresh basil ½ cup Olive Oil 2 dashes salt 1 dash black pepper Pulse or pur√©e until smooth. This is your pistachio pesto.¬†

     3. Bring water to a boil with two pinches of sea salt. 

     4. Add spaghetti and a dash of olive oil. Let cook 9-10 minutes max. 

    ¬†5. Add cooked pasta to the pan with your RETOX tomato sauce. Add in ½ cup of the water the pasta was cooked in.

     6. Stir well then add in your Pistachio Pesto. 

     7. Gently fold in finely grated Parmesan. 

     8. Enjoy la dolce vita!

    TURKISH BFAST RETOX Style: Grill Thick slices of Halloumi in a pan with just a little spread of vegetable oil so they do not stick.  Flip and keep on the pan until crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.  Top with diced tomatoes, red onions, and black olives.  Optionally drizzle olive oil & a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve with a side green salad the #RETOX way.   www.retoxbook.com

    Thai Quinoa Thai: 

     -Sautée one yellow onion, 3 cloves of garlic and 2 Thai spicy red peppers (optional) in a pan with olive oil or sesame oil. 

     -Add a Container of chopped baby tomatoes 

    -Add one chopped zucchini and one chopped red bell pepper 

    -After a few minutes add one chopped zucchini.  Once soft add two cups of snap peas.  

    -When soft add 2 cups of cooked quinoa, stir and cover with a lid.

    Serve alone or top with an avocado and sesame seeds.  Enjoy!
