Sweet Potato Soup:
This is so easy it’s not even funny. Preheat an oven to 450. On a cookie sheet place 4 chopped sweet potatoes, 1 sliced yellow onion and 4 cloves of garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and roast until soft. About 15 minutes. Throw in the blender with ¾ cup of warm or room temperature water and 1 hot chilli (optional). Add a sprinkle of sea salt and dash of black pepper. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
