Power meal: dolphin friendly tuna in olive oil with chopped tomatoes, bell peppers & celery. Side of watercress and organic blue chips. All bases covered!

EAT DRINK and BE MERRY. Don&rsquot think about all the things that consume your brain in front of large meals (fat, calories, salt, gluten, carbs, blah blah blaaahhhhh) and JUST ENJOY. Period the end. It is one day - well maybe a day plus dayssss of leftovers in my case.
JUST BE (THANKFUL).
