Eating for my Adrenals+Spleen in Week2 of #RETOX Immune Boost Month. -Warm a pan with olive oil -Add 2-3 fistfuls of baby spinach & stir -Add thinly sliced yellow squash -When veggies soft add 1 full egg+2 egg whites -Stir & let cook all the way through -Serve w/ ¼ of a salted avocado Enjoy the spinach, squash & yolks for your spleen, salt for your adrenals, avocado for your essential fatty acids & California love.

Make ordering in - and Mexican food - healthy the #RETOX way. Make sure you go for corn tortillas (which btw are the original ones), and go for a sliced avocado instead of guac, and of course go for the chips.
