RETOX SESAME CITRUS SALMON:
-Drizzle Olive Oil on Salmon
-Squeeze a fresh lemon on it
-Squeeze a quarter of an orange on it
-Cover with sesame seeds
-Grill or wrap in foil and bake at 400 degrees to your liking

HEALTHY MEXICAN CORN: If you live in NYC or Cali you likely have had a few cobs of Mexican corn aka Elotes. If you live in lower manhattan i am willing to bet part of your diet was possibly even based on Habana or La Esquina&rsquos versions for some time. That said, the way corn is doctored up at many restaurants is not very good for you&hellip hence this HEALTHY recipe for the same tasting cob.
-Boil or Grill Corn
-Squeeze Fresh Lime juice on the cob
-Roll the Cob in Cojita Cheese. If you do not have or like cojita, try grated pecorino!
-Roll in or season with &lsquoMexian Spice&rsquo. You can find this at your local store in the spices aisle or the International aisle. If not, use red chili flakes or whatever is around.
Take a bite, and enjoy! Without the mayo and butter, this I.AM.YOU. recipe is lighter, fresher, and healthier, with all the same taste.
