AB AB AB - LISCIOUS! You want a flat stomach? Yoga can get it for you, especially I.AM.YOU. Yoga. Why? The &lsquostomach&rsquo is made up of various sheets of muscles, from the psoas which is the deepest, through the transversus abdominis, to the rectus abdominis, which is what you see as a '6-pack.&rsquo. Yoga creates flat abs from the inner layers, out. So they are durable, strong, and look great. Not to mention serve as the anecdote for back problems.
