Quinoa Tabouli-
Mix together ½ cup of cooked quinoa w/ 2 bushels of chopped parsley, a chopped tomato, and either ½ a chopped white onion and/or scallion. Dress with olive oil & juice of 1 lemon. Perfect side, snack or main. #retox #iamyou -
