    🌑YEAR 0.🌑The Saturday my friend @waltlindveld & my boyfriend said, &lsquoHey, let&rsquos take a couple pictures in case you smarten up, quit your job & start this thing you clearly need to start.&rsquo I rolled my eyes, told them I didn&rsquot have time as I had to run to a training (just for curiosity & passion, of course), and that I would never quit my Job as VP at Morgan Stanley. 'Shut up,&rsquo Walt exclaimed, 'put out a mat, keep your teaching clothes on and just do something that inspires you.&rsquo I was still in my only @lululemon outfit, one I had saved a year to buy, after teaching another sold out free class to friends, so I said, 'FINE, but be fast-this is a waste of time.&rsquo 📸this is the 1st of 4 taken, 2 of which ended up as covers of various editions of my book. Now we are officially 💥celebrating EIGHT YEARS💥and I can&rsquot believe how time as flown. I&rsquove decided to take us for a walk down memory lane leading up to our 8 YEAR BIRTHDAY PARTY, 13 MAY. Tickets in bio. Thank you Walt and that random annoying boyfriend (who is now my husband) for pushing me to who and where I needed to be.     Eating for my Adrenals+Spleen in Week2 of #RETOX Immune Boost Month. -Warm a pan with olive oil -Add 2-3 fistfuls of baby spinach & stir -Add thinly sliced yellow squash -When veggies soft add 1 full egg+2 egg whites -Stir & let cook all the way through -Serve w/ ¼ of a salted avocado Enjoy the spinach, squash & yolks for your spleen, salt for your adrenals, avocado for your essential fatty acids & California love.

    CALI-MEX BRUNCH BOWL: try this awesome take on my #RETOX chilaquiles for something light & easy. Sautée ½ white onion in olive oil Optionally add 1 jalapeño Add ½ jar of green tomatillo sauce Add 6-8 chopped corn tortillas Stir Top each of 2 bowls with 1 diced tomatoes, red onion, fistful of cilantro & ½ avocado. Enjoy!
